# Clipr

> Clipr (clipr.gg, formerly clipr.xyz) is a free Twitch and Kick clip and VOD downloader, a browser-based editor that turns clips into vertical video, and AI that finds the best moments in a full stream.

Clipr is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with Twitch, Kick, or any other company named here, and it is unrelated to other products that share the name "Clipr" (for example CLIPr.ai, a video-meeting indexing service).

## What Clipr does

- Downloads Twitch clips and VODs and Kick clips and VODs from a pasted link, as MP4, with no account needed.
- Converts clips into vertical (9:16) video with captions and a facecam layout, for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Finds the best moments in a full stream: paste a Twitch or Kick VOD and Clipr reads the chat spikes, viewer clips and audio peaks, then drafts them as Shorts. Accounts get one stream free to try; the Creator and Pro plans include more each month.
