- Is basic conversion really unlimited?
- Yes. Use the basic full crop and download as many vertical clips as you like, without signing in. Local exports support clips up to 90 seconds in compatible browsers and include a watermark on Free.
- What counts toward my captioned Shorts?
- Captions and renders made on our servers, counted only when they finish. Editing, and exporting in your browser, is free and unlimited (with the watermark on Free). Finding moments in a stream uses one of the month's streams, once it finishes.
- Can I try the paid looks first?
- Yes: every layout, caption style, zoom and sticker works in the editor on Free. The preview shows the result on your own clip; a paid plan keeps it and drops the watermark.
- How does finding moments work?
- Paste a Twitch or Kick VOD. Clipr reads the chat, the viewer clips and how loud it got, picks the moments, and drafts them as Shorts you can edit, render or skip.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, on Billing, in two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you are on Free. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- What happens when I change plans?
- Moving up starts at once and charges only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, or between monthly and yearly, starts at your next renewal, and you keep what you paid for until then. Clipr shows the exact amount before anything changes.
- What does fair use mean?
- Paid plans have no monthly limit on captioned Shorts for normal use. The one cap is 1,000 a month: past it, captions and renders made on our servers wait for your next period, while editing and exporting in your browser keep working. It keeps the servers fast for everyone.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If Clipr is not for you, we refund a first payment in full within 14 days, no questions asked: email [email protected]. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
