Is the Twitch VOD downloader free?
Yes. Downloading VODs is free and doesn’t need an account. Downloads don’t get a Clipr watermark.
How long a VOD can I download?
Up to 2 hours per download. For a longer stream, download it in parts by moving the trim handles to the next section and downloading again.
What quality will the VOD be?
You choose from the qualities Twitch offers for that broadcast, up to its original source quality (for example 1080p60 when the streamer broadcast in it).
Can I download a subscriber-only or deleted VOD?
No. Clipr can only download VODs that are publicly watchable. Subscriber-only, private, and deleted broadcasts can’t be saved.
How long do Twitch VODs stay available?
Twitch removes past broadcasts after a set time, which depends on the streamer’s account type. Highlights and uploads the streamer chose to keep stay longer. If a VOD you need is about to expire, download it before then.
