Where are my invoices, and how do I change my card?
Open the Billing page on Clipr. Each payment has an Invoice link with its receipt and PDF. To change your card, select Update payment method, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
Invoices and receipts
The Billing page lists your payments. Select Invoice next to a payment for its receipt and PDF. For every invoice in one place, select All invoices and receipts.
Link (by Stripe) is the seller of record, so it sends your receipts and invoices. Your card statement shows LINK.COM plus Clipr's name.
Change your card
- Open the Billing page.
- Select Update payment method.
- Add your new card in Stripe's customer portal.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?
You keep your plan while the card is retried. If it keeps failing, you move to Free and your Shorts stay. Updating your payment method helps the next try go through.
Why does my statement say LINK.COM?
Link (by Stripe) is the seller of record for Clipr, so the charge shows LINK.COM plus Clipr's name.
