How can we help?

Short answers about downloading, making Shorts, posting them and your plan.

Getting started

What is Clipr and what can it do?Clipr (clipr.gg) downloads Twitch and Kick clips and VODs for free, with no account. With a free account you can also turn clips into captioned vertical Shorts, find the best moments in a stream and, on a paid plan, post Shorts to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
What do I get for free, and what do paid plans add?Clipr downloads of Twitch and Kick clips and VODs are free for everyone, with no account. The Free plan adds 30 captioned Shorts a month. Starter ($9 a month) and Creator ($19 a month) add unlimited captioned Shorts, styled captions, every layout, no watermark and posting.
How do I sign in to Clipr?Go to the Clipr sign-in page and choose Continue with Google, Continue with Twitch, or type your email to get a sign-in link. Clipr has no passwords. The emailed link works for 15 minutes.
What is Studio?Studio is your signed-in workspace on Clipr, at clipr.gg/studio. You paste a clip or VOD link there to start a Short, and it keeps your recent sources, the work in progress and your finished Shorts in one place.
How do I download a copy of my data?Open your Account page on Clipr and select Download my data. You get one JSON file with your account details and everything you've made. The videos themselves aren't in the file: download those from Studio.
How do I delete my Clipr account?Open your Account page on Clipr and type your email to confirm the deletion. If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Billing first. Deleting your account can't be undone.
