How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Billing page on Clipr, press Cancel subscription, and confirm. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. You won't be charged again, and you can resume any time before then.
Step by step
- Sign in and open the Billing page.
- Choose to cancel. Clipr shows the date you keep your plan until.
- Confirm. You'll see "Cancelled. You keep" your plan's name "until" that date, "and you will not be charged again."
You can also cancel from your Link account.
After you cancel
You keep Starter or Creator until the end of the period, then move to Free. Your Shorts stay.

Can I change my mind?
Yes. Before the end date, select Resume with your plan's name (for example, Resume Starter) on the Billing page. Your plan renews as before.
Do I get money back when I cancel?
Cancelling stops future payments. A first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Otherwise, partial periods aren't refunded. See refunds.
I want to delete my account. Do I cancel first?
Yes. Cancel in Billing, then delete your account.
