Clipr downloads of Twitch and Kick clips and VODs are free for everyone, with no account. The Free plan adds 30 captioned Shorts a month. Starter ($9 a month) and Creator ($19 a month) add unlimited captioned Shorts, styled captions, every layout, no watermark and posting.
