Is the vertical clip converter free?

Yes. Basic full-crop exports run in your browser with no account and no monthly export limit. Each clip can be up to 90 seconds long. Free exports include a Clipr watermark.

Can I convert Twitch and Kick clips?

Paste a public Twitch or Kick clip link into the tool above. The clip must still be available. This tool starts from a clip link; it does not accept full streams or local file uploads.

What format will I download?

You get a 1080 × 1920 MP4 in the 9:16 vertical format, with H.264 video and AAC audio. Output quality depends on the original clip: enlarging a low-resolution source cannot restore missing detail.

Will the crop follow the action?

The basic tool uses one fixed crop for the whole clip. Move it left or right to keep the important part in view, then preview the clip before exporting. Content outside that crop will be cut off.

Can I add captions or remove the watermark?

A free account adds auto captions to 30 Shorts a month in Studio. Paid plans, coming soon from $9, add a larger allowance, more layouts and styling, and watermark-free exports. Basic local exports do not use that allowance.

Why did my export fail?

Your browser needs H.264 and AAC encoding support. If an export fails, try desktop Chrome and keep the tab open while it runs. Device memory, clip availability and browser support can affect exports. Failed local exports do not use your monthly allowance.

Can I find moments in a full stream or auto-post my clip?

This converter is for clips you have already picked. The Creator plan, coming soon at $19, will include AI moment finding for longer streams. Automatic posting is not included at launch; download your finished video and upload it yourself.
