Can Find moments read a stream longer than 10 hours?
Yes, 10 hours at a time. Clipr's Find moments reads up to 10 hours per run, and on Starter and Creator you pick which 10 hours to read. On Free, a stream over 10 hours can't be read.
Step by step
- Open the stream in Studio. If it is over 10 hours, you will see an hours picker.
- Pick the 10 hours you want and press Find moments in these 10 hours.
- When it finishes, on Creator, press Find moments in another 10 hours to read the next part.
- Repeat until you see "You have searched the whole stream."
What each run uses
Each run reads up to 10 hours and uses 1 of your monthly streams. On Creator, that is 1 of your 10 streams a month. Starter has no monthly streams, so there the run uses your one free stream.
A run counts only when it finishes, and a finished run with no moments is given back.
On Free
Free sees "This stream is over 10 hours" and can't pick hours. To read a long stream in parts, you need Starter or Creator. See compare plans.
More questions
Can I search the same hours twice?
No. If you pick hours you already read, you will see "You already searched these hours."
What does "Streams up to 10 hours for now." mean?
The stream is longer than one run can read. Pick 10 hours with the hours picker on Starter or Creator.
