Why did Find moments find nothing?
Clipr's Find moments went through the stream and nothing stood out as a Short. The page tells you "It was not counted.": a finished run with no moments is given back, including your free stream.
Common reasons
- The stream has no chat or viewer clips, and nothing in the audio stood out.
- The stream's audio is muted.
- "We went through the liveliest parts of this stream and nothing stood out as a Short."
- For an upload: "Nothing in this video stood out as a Short."
If you press Find moments again on an empty run, you see the same result. It doesn't run again.
When a run fails instead
A run that fails is never counted. The message tells you why:
- "The stream's chat could not be read. Try again later."
- "The VOD could not be read. It may have been deleted or made private."
- "What was said could not be transcribed. Try again later."
- "Finding moments did not finish. It was not counted; try again."
When it won't start
- "This month's streams are used up.": you have used your streams for the month. See when your allowance resets.
- "Streams up to 10 hours for now.": see streams longer than 10 hours.
- "The VOD could not be found on Twitch. It may have been deleted." (or Kick): the past broadcast is gone.
- "That VOD could not be found on twitch. It may be private, deleted or subscriber-only." (or kick): Clipr can't open that VOD link.
More questions
Did I lose my free stream?
